We all want a healthy lifestyle but due to our busy working life some of us just don’t get the time to visit the gym or even just eat our full five a day fruits and vegetables on a daily basis. This is neither good for the body or for ourselves overall, even knowing this we still carry on. It is never too late to make a change, we might just need that little push from something or someone or that motivation cause once you have taken the step you will be able to have a proper healthy style. It is always difficult at times to start something which you need to take time out from your regular routine, but sometimes it’s just worth it.
|· Take out 2 hours from your daily routine, even 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening.||· Able to go to the gym or do some light exercises at home such as walks, jogging, floor exercises. Also able to take part in a sport which will help your body to keep fit.
|· Set timings for breakfast/lunch./ dinner||· So you won’t snack in between, you have something to follow on a daily base and that will make your body not to intake food throughout the day, though drinking plenty of fluids and fruits is advisable to eat during the day if you feeling hungry.
|· Sleep on time and wake up on time||· Staying in bed for longer will make you feel lazier, getting up on time will let you do things which need to be doing on time and then have some time to do some exercise or just things for yourself as well. Having a routine of when to sleep and when to wake up will make you feel more energetic and your mood will be more positive than those who sleep late and wake up late.
|· Looking after your skin more often||· Having dark circles, face looking dull, body aching will just make you feel not to do anything. The skin plays an important part and if one don’t take care of their skin they can end up having further problems, skin care can be taken in many ways even with the easiest way of drinking enough water keeping body dehydrated throughout the day also using body moisturiser on a daily base, applying cream/ointment when have dark circles around eye, using facial products for a more fresh looking look and also other relevant skin products.
|· Start eating more fruit and vegetables and alternative foods.||· Able to maintain a balanced weight and stay keep healthy, also to change your food from less fried food to more oven food or from lots of sugar to less added sugar will benefit your body and skin and keep you away from some health conditions, such as diabetic, heart problems, iron defiance and more.|
What you shouldn’t do:
What happens is when we start giving our body the healthy style all of a sudden , the change which occurs to the body can make you fall ill, so you need to make sure that if you do get unwell , give your body all the time to recover don’t push it too much. Let it get back to normal before you start again also if you keep on getting ill or finding it difficult then take things slowly, take it step by step instead of doing everything all together, because just cause it works for one body doesn’t mean it will be the same for everyone, each individual body works on its own pace.
