Tummy care tips
Those extra pounds we put on over the holidays and when joining back at the gym for few months gradually the weight reduces but leaves the stretch marks which at times gets embarrassing and restricted on clothing especially on those hot summer days. So for not gaining weight in the first place, I will go through some care tips with you , as in what to eat, the treatment and after care which is very easy to follow and doesn’t take as much time.
When it comes to food we all have our favourites let it be a chocolate cake, those unhealthy takeouts or a glass of fizzy drink. We forget about the damage its goner cause afterwards, because at that time all we admire is what we are craving for. However to keep a control on what you are eating on a daily base , have a diary and plan out your meals , in that way you will have a guide to follow and already planned in advance so you won’t have any excuses that you don’t know what to eat so let’s just order a takeaway. Your meals should include five fruit vegetables on a daily base also cut down on fried food instead change it to oven food.
Food which you shouldn’t have too much off:
- Fizzy drink
- Food that contain too much sugar
- Fried food
Treatments and after care:
When we put on so much weight due to being pregnant, medical reason or any other reason we find it difficult to lose that weight quickly, however when we do lose it eventually it leaves stretch marks which don’t look good when you want to show off your tummy on the beach or even when with your loved one.
So to avoid this there are treatments which can be followed:
- Stretch mark cream : can be bought from any beauty related shop for men and women to use , you should use this cream once you realise your body is gaining weight or even when your stretch marks start appearing, though using the cream before will bring best results.
- Weight control: keep control on your diet, try not to gain or lose weight so quickly as that can give your body a shock and you can get ill due to this.
Once you have got to your ideal weight, make sure you try to keep a balance diet as if you keep a plan your body will get used it and you will find it easier, however if you stop having a routine you can gradually gain weight and might find it hard again to come back to your ideal weight.
